Policies

Payment- We strongly believe in making online shopping easy and fun; so for your convenience we accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal.  

Shipping- All items are shipped from Southern California and will be shipped once payment has cleared. Keep in mind that any major holiday may prolong the shipping of your order. US customers will receive a confirmation number to easily track your parcel. Please check your Junk Mail if you haven't received it after 2-3 days.  

Refund- If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns ONLY within 15 days from delivery. No exceptions. Refund will be processed in the same method of payment. The product must be in the same condition as shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping cost. SHIPPING COST WILL NOT BE REFUNDED.

Returns- We accept returns ONLY within 15 days from delivery. No exceptions. We will manually inspect each product before shipping. If you feel an item has a manufacture irregularity please contact us as soon as possible to resolve this issue. The product must be in the same condition as shipped. You will be responsible for the shipping cost.

Currency- All of our pricing displayed on our websites are in U.S. dollars (USD).
